Following
are some brief Terms and Conditions you must be aware of prior
to making a booking for a Harley Rental.
DEPOSIT
Upon completion of the registration form a deposit of $NZ500 is
required to secure your booking.
PAYMENT
FOR RENTAL Full payment for the rental is required 10 days
prior to collection.
CANCELLATION
POLICY Cancellation of Rental 30 days prior, will incur full
refund less $NZ100. 10 days prior to pick up 50% refund. Failure
to collect motorcycle with no notice - no refund although the
non-refundable deposit for a failure to collect can be applied
to another rental within a 12 month period.
DAILY
RATES Rates that you have been quoted include Comprehensive
Vehicle Insurance and all taxes.
SECURITY
BOND A $NZ3000 security bond pre - authorization only against
your credit card is required. This transaction is required and
is completed at the time of collection and upon the signing of
the Rental Agreement. This bond is released upon the return of
the motorcycle free of any damage.
MOTORCYCLE
LICENSE We will require sighting and taking a copy of your
current motorcycle license, which must be appropriate to the motorcycle
being rented. An International Drivers License would be preferred.
Please also inform us of the experience you have had on what motorcycles
in the last 5 years including any Insurance claims or traffic
violations.
ACCESSORIES
An approved safety helmet and rain suit is available for your
use with each motorcycle.
Each motorcycle is fitted with a Screen, Carrier, backrest and
saddlebags.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners.
Telephone Transfers directly into our bank account is also a facility
available to you.
HOG
MEMBERSHIP If you are a current International and/or Local
Chapter HOG member please provide Member numbers.
PICKUP
AND COLLECTION Pickup and collection from Auckland International
Airport is offered, should you require this service please notify
us at registration of your flight details.
